Shipping and Exchange Policy

1. Nature of service

DestinIQ is a digital-only service. We do not ship any physical goods. All products — birth-chart readings, compatibility reports, lifetime Vedic readings, remedy plans, and subscription access — are delivered electronically through your account on destiniq.in and over WhatsApp where opted-in.

2. Digital delivery timelines

  • Subscription activation: instant. Your plan unlocks within seconds of successful payment; a confirmation email is sent from hello@destiniq.in.
  • Birth charts & daily insights: generated in real time after you enter your birth details — typically under 5 seconds.
  • Full Life Atlas (₹1999 one-time): AI-generated long-form report delivered to your dashboard within 60 seconds of payment confirmation, with a copy emailed to your registered address.
  • Compatibility reports: instant on the match page.
  • Remedy schedule & calendar subscription (.ics): generated immediately; syncs to your calendar app within its own refresh window (typically 15 min – 24 h depending on Apple / Google / Outlook).

3. Delivery confirmation

Successful delivery is confirmed by (a) the content appearing in your DestinIQ dashboard, (b) a receipt email from Razorpay (our payment processor), and (c) a transactional email from DestinIQ for subscription activations and one-time purchases.

4. If delivery fails

If your subscription does not activate within 10 minutes of payment, or your Life Atlas does not appear within 30 minutes, email support@destiniq.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We resolve such cases within one working day, either by manually provisioning the product or by issuing a full refund (see Refund Policy).

5. Exchange policy

Because DestinIQ products are digital and personalised (generated specifically from your birth data), they are not exchangeable between users, plans, or accounts after delivery. Specifically:

  • Plan changes: you may upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan at any time — the price difference is charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the remaining days of the higher plan are honoured but not refunded.
  • Life Atlas (one-time): once the AI report is generated, it cannot be exchanged for a different profile, plan credit, or other product. If generation fails on our side, we re-run it at no charge or refund fully (see Refund Policy).
  • Gifting / transferring: accounts and purchased reports cannot be transferred between users. Please ensure payment is made from the account that will consume the service.
