Refund Policy

DestinIQ is operated by Fleetain, a registered partnership firm in India. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for payments made towards subscriptions and one-time purchases on destiniq.in.

1. Subscription refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Within 7 days of payment, a full refund is available if the paid features were not delivered due to a technical failure attributable to DestinIQ.
  • Partial refunds are not issued for unused portions of an active subscription period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (see Cancellation Policy).

2. One-time purchases (additional profiles)

  • Payments for additional birth profiles are non-refundable once the Kundali is generated, as the service has been delivered at that point.
  • If the Kundali generation fails due to a technical error on our side, we issue a full refund within 7 working days.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@destiniq.in from the email address associated with your account, within 7 days of the payment.
  2. Include: your registered mobile number or email, the payment ID (from your Razorpay confirmation email), and the reason for the refund request.
  3. We review requests within 2 business days and reply with approval or decline.

4. Refund processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Actual credit to your bank / card / UPI account depends on your bank's processing times. For UPI, refunds are typically reflected within 2 business days; for cards, 7 to 10 business days.

5. Non-refundable items

  • Subscription payments older than 7 days
  • Payments where the account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with astrological content — our readings are provided for guidance and entertainment only, and differing interpretations do not qualify as a service failure (see our Disclaimer)
