Cancellation Policy

DestinIQ is operated by Fleetain, a registered partnership firm in India. This policy explains how you can cancel a subscription or one-time order placed on destiniq.in.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your DestinIQ subscription at any time from the subscription page inside your account, or by emailing support@destiniq.in from the email address associated with your account.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date.
  • You will not be charged again once the subscription is cancelled.
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).
  • You can re-subscribe at any time — your account, profiles, and chat history remain intact for 90 days after cancellation.

2. Cancelling a one-time order

One-time orders (such as purchasing an additional birth profile) can be cancelled only before the Kundali has been generated. Once the chart is computed and delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. Email support@destiniq.in immediately after payment if you need to cancel.

3. Account deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your DestinIQ account (not just cancel the subscription), email privacy@destiniq.in. We remove all personal data associated with the account within 30 days, as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

4. Cancellation initiated by DestinIQ

We may cancel your subscription or close your account if:

  • You breach our Terms of Service
  • We detect fraudulent or automated use of the service
  • Your payment method fails repeatedly and is not updated within 14 days

In such cases, we will notify you by email. If the cancellation is due to our decision to discontinue a service, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused period.
