1. Service Description

DestinIQ provides AI-generated Vedic astrology readings, birth chart (Kundali) generation, and astrological question-answering through our website and WhatsApp bot. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence, not by human astrologers.

2. Accounts

• One free account per mobile number
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate birth details for Kundali generation
• Accounts cannot be transferred or shared

3. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan includes 1 birth profile and 5 AI chats per day
• Paid plans offer additional profiles, more chats, and premium features
• Additional birth profiles beyond your plan limit cost Rs 99 each (one-time)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

4. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment. Contact support@destiniq.in for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Automate access to the service (bots, scrapers)
• Use the service to provide competing commercial astrology services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI-generated readings on DestinIQ are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

DestinIQ provides readings for entertainment and general guidance only. We make no warranties about the accuracy of predictions. See our full Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DestinIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
