What you get that no other baby-name app gives you
🔢
A score, not a list.
Every name gets a 0-100 read — Vedic numerology against your baby's Moolank & Bhagya Anka, phonetic flow with your surname, sibling-name harmony. The breakdown shows exactly why one name scores higher than another for your baby.
🪔
The full ceremony, not just the name.
Auspicious Namkaran dates from classical panchang, family voting via WhatsApp share link, dual naming (formal Rashinaama + casual calling name), and a printable Vedic certificate when you lock it in.
🌐
An honest guide, not a guess.
AI naming-guide reads tie each name to your baby's nakshatra qualities. Cross-language check (Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, Spanish, Turkish) for diaspora families. The exact ceremony hour is your priest's call — we say what we don't know.

The baby
Baby girl · born 19th April 2026 at 7:42 AM in Pune
1. Computed (free)
- Janma Nakshatra: Krittika, pada 1
- Auspicious sound: A
- Moolank: 1 (Sun)
- Bhagya Anka: 6 (Venus)
2. Shortlist + scores
- Amayra · name #578/100
- Amaira · name #771/100
- Iyara · name #468/100
- Iti · name #265/100
Amayra wins on numerology — #5 (Mercury) is friendly with both birth numbers, while Amaira’s #7 (Ketu) clashes with the Bhagya Anka.
3. Why this one (chart-personalised)
“Amayra blends ‘immortal’ with contemporary flair, echoing Krittika’s enduring fire, though its invented modern feel sits apart from the nakshatra’s ancient, mythic roots.”
🌐 Variant of Amira (Arabic ‘princess’). The ‘y’ spelling is trendy, unfamiliar in traditional Arabic/Urdu contexts but pronounceable.

Common questions
What do I get for free, and what costs ₹399?
Free: your baby's Janma Nakshatra, pada, the auspicious naming syllables, and 6 sample names — so you can see what the engine actually produces before you decide. ₹399 unlocks the full reading: ~36 curated names, each with the 0-100 naming-expert score, an AI naming-guide read tying the meaning to your baby's nakshatra, a full-name builder with phonetic-flow scoring, sibling-name harmony chip, cross-language meaning check, ceremony muhurat dates, family voting share link, dual naming (Rashinaama + calling name), and a printable Naam Sanskar certificate. ₹599 for twins.
Do I need the exact birth time?
For the Janma Nakshatra itself, the date and approximate time are usually enough — the Moon moves through a Nakshatra over roughly a day. The pada (quarter) is more time-sensitive, so a reasonably accurate birth time gives you the most precise primary syllable. We flag if AM/PM is at a pada boundary so you can correct it before paying.
What is the naming-expert score, and will it tell me if "Amaira" or "Amayra" is better for my baby?
It is a transparent 0-100 score per name combining what a Vedic naming guide traditionally weighs: nakshatra-syllable match, Pythagorean name-number compatibility with your baby's Moolank (day-of-birth root) and Bhagya Anka (full-DOB destiny number) via the classical planetary-friendship table, phonetic flow of the full name, and toddler-friendliness. Every card shows the score with a clickable breakdown — including any explicit alert when a name clashes on something material. Yes, it answers Amaira vs Amayra: Amaira is name-number 7 (Ketu), Amayra is 5 (Mercury), and they score differently against your baby's specific birth numbers.
Do you support twins?
Yes — twins share the same Janma Nakshatra (same Moon at birth), so the engine generates one shortlist scoped to both babies. You pick TWO names from it, the compare board scores the pair for sibling-name harmony (each twin is the other's sibling), and the Naam Sanskar certificate shows both. ₹599 for the twin package.
What is the difference between a Rashinaama and a calling name?
Many Indian families pick two names. The strict Rashinaama follows the birth-star syllable and is used at the Namkaran ceremony, religious rituals, and official records — that's what the main shortlist produces. The casual calling name is what you actually call the child at home and at school; it does not have to follow the birth-star syllable. After you lock in the Rashinaama, the report offers an optional input for the calling name, and the certificate shows both.
