Can the chart predict property appreciation?

Not directly — appreciation is a market + location + macro question. The chart reads whether YOUR chart benefits from buying NOW or LATER (relative timing), and what type of property aligns with your structural signature. Combine the chart’s timing read with a market check; don’t treat the chart as a real estate forecast.

I’m selling one property to buy another. What does the chart say about the gap?

The 4th house and Mars transit during both transactions matter. If the chart’s 4th-house signature is "transactions compound" (Jupiter aspecting 4 or Mars in own sign), staggered sale/buy works smoothly. If the 4th house is unstable (Rahu / Ketu axis), close both within 60 days — chart wants the transition compressed.

Investment vs. owner-occupied — does the chart treat them differently?
