What is Life Compass?
A 1,200-1,500 word personalised Vedic chart reading focused on the next 12 months of your life. It covers what your chart wants from your work (career), partnership patterns (relationships), specific decision windows tied to your current Mahadasha and major transits, plus one thing to lean into and one to watch out for. Written in plain English, grounded in classical Parashari principles, no horoscope-speak.
How is this different from a horoscope or daily prediction?
A horoscope is generic — it groups millions of people by sun sign. Life Compass is personalised to your exact birth chart (Lagna, Moon, Mahadasha, all nine grahas, key divisional charts) and computes the actual months in the next year that favour acting versus waiting. It does not predict what will happen — it reads what your chart is set up for and when the timing supports it.
How is this different from Life Atlas?
Life Atlas (₹499) is the lifetime read — career arc across decades, marriage, money, health, the wider Mahadasha chapter you're in, drawn from your D1 + D9 + D10 + D24 charts. Life Compass (₹199) is the focused 12-month forward read — narrower, faster to act on, designed for a specific decision in the next year. Many customers buy Compass first, then Atlas later when they want the full map.
Do I need exact birth time?
Yes. The Lagna (rising sign) and house cusps depend on it. Even 10 minutes off can flip the rising sign and rewrite the whole reading. Birth-certificate accuracy is best. If you only know the time within a 2-hour window, run our free birth-time rectification first.
Is this AI or a human astrologer?
AI. The math is Swiss Ephemeris (the same precision NASA uses). The interpretation prompts are written by us against classical Parashara texts. Reading is generated specifically for your chart in about 60 seconds. Honest framing: ₹199 instead of ₹3,000-4,000 you would pay a human astrologer for similar depth.
What kinds of decisions should I use this for?
The reading speaks well to: career change or job switch, starting a business, relocating cities or countries, marriage timing, financial decisions, leaving a relationship. It is NOT meant for medical, legal, or financial-investment advice — those need licensed professionals.
Will the reading tell me what to do?
No. It tells you what your chart is asking for and what timing supports which kind of action. The decision stays yours. We deliberately avoid fortune-telling and curse language — astrology is a calibration tool, not a verdict.
Refund?
If the reading fails to generate, you are refunded automatically. If it generates and you simply disagree with the interpretation, we do not refund — astrology is interpretive, but the chart math is verifiable.
Can I edit my birth time after?
Yes — once. If you realise the time was wrong (the most common mistake is 12:01 PM versus 00:01 AM), use the "Edit birth time" button on the report page. The reading regenerates against the corrected chart automatically.
